Services included

All linen, pillow cases, sheets, winterduvets and covers, blankets and towels are provided. There are no extra charges for laundry or for cleaning, as rentals include laundry of all the above items and apartment cleaning after guests depart.

Rentals also include water charges, bottled gas for cooker hob, fire logs and kindling, and a generous electricity for normal daily useage. However, electricity in Italy is very expensive and additional charges may be occurred if useage exceeds the included allowance. Please ask us for the current allowance. The electric meter is read by the agent before arrival and again when checking the inventory on leaving.
