NO HIDDEN CHARGES – RENTALS INCLUDE EVERYTHING
All linen, pillow cases, sheets, winter duvets and covers, blankets and towels are provided. There are no extra charges for laundry or for cleaning,as rentals include laundry of all the above items and apartment cleaning after guests depart.

Rentals also include a supply of logs and firewood for open fires in the winter, utilities of gas, water, heating, air conditioning and a generous electricity allowance for normal daily usage.

However, electricity in Italy is very expensive and additional charges may be occurred if usage exceeds the included allowance. Please ask us for the current allowance.The electric meter is read by the agent before arrival and again when checking the inventory on leaving.
